Terms & Conditions
1. Orders are not considered fully placed until there is an approved quote from the customer, art approved by Shout Out Loud Prints, and a full payment from the customer. Your order will not be started until all the above conditions have been met.
2. Our standard turnaround is 10 business days, however we do occasionally need more time to complete your order. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless Rush Service has been approved. Please bear in mind turnaround time can also be affected by holidays, so plan accordingly.
3. We strive for high quality printing. However, damage and errors can occur before, during and after they are in our possession. Because of this, some orders may be shipped incomplete. We follow an industry standard of an allowable 3% fallout rate for each order. Shortages must be greater than 3% or 10 shirts, whichever is greater to qualify for a reprint. If your order needs to be exact, please order extras! It’s best to provide or order extras in each size in the event that one of your items is damaged or misprinted.
4. No refunds or returns. All sales are final at the time of approval and payment of the quote. By approving the quote, you agree to all the terms and conditions and decoration specifications noted on the quote including the art. If you see something, say something. We are happy to correct the specifications. You are not helping us complete your order any faster by approving the quote with the expectation of a correction later.
5. All decoration services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to provide corrective services free of charge for orders over the misprint rate noted above. In the case of manufacturer defects, we will provide a store credit.
6. To qualify for a correction, the service must be a mistake by SOL…not something you might have changed your mind after the service has been provided.
7. The mockup is for size and placement purposes only. We do our best to match the decoration color to the art provided however imprint colors may vary from the mock up. Screen printing and embroidery has its limitations. Fine details, shading, and hand drawings are difficult to replicate with these mediums.
8. SOL provides different print thicknesses for screen printed goods. Unless otherwise requested, we use our Standard print which provides a good opacity with a relatively soft hand feel. If you want a vintage look or a soft print, request it at the time of ordering. Disliking the hand feel or opacity without making the request ahead of time does not qualify for a correction.
9. Shout Out Loud Prints follows an industry standard of 3/4” deviation for print location on a garment. Garments are hand made and variability is inherent in the process. When planning your artwork please take this variability into consideration.
10. We strive to do high quality work but occasionally there can be problems. Inspect your order when you receive it. If you have any issues with your order (misprints, errors, defective garments, etc.) you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any misprinted or unacceptable garments must be returned to Shout Out Loud Prints.
11. Payment of the order before approving your invoice, approval will be implied.
12. The digital mockups provided on the quote are for general size and imprint location. It is not an actual imprint. They are shown to give you a general idea of how the product will look and are not 100% accurate. The size, placement and colors of the designs on the final product may not match exactly as shown on the mock-up.
13. Once orders are approved or paid for, any changes to the order arrangements may result in an extended turn around time and modified pricing.
14. Shout Out Loud Prints reserves the right to cancel and refund an order at anytime and for any reason.
15. Customers warrant that they are the copyright owner or licensee of the art supplied for Shout Out Loud to print. In support of this warranty, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Shout Out Loud for all liability, damages, and attorney fees associated that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided.
16. All production is subject to photography and/or video documentation by Shout Out Loud for but not limited to advertising and demonstration purposes unless otherwise instructed.
17. All balances due prior to production unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. For credit customers, invoice payment is due within 30 days. Please be advised that we will charge 1.5% interest per month on late invoices. Checks made payable to Shout Out Loud Prints.
