Artwork Guidelines
Shirts and Paper
All shirt and paper artwork must be the desired size and have a resolution of 300dpi*. Acceptable file formats are .AI (Illustrator), .EPS, .JPEG, .PDF, .PSD (Photoshop), and .TIFF. For multiple color designs, the colors should be separated when submitted.
If the artwork is not the desired size and correct resolution, the production process will be delayed. There will be a $25 an hour fee to make the artwork press-ready.
We will match pantone colors to our best ability. We do not guarantee color matching.
Buttons
All button artwork must be larger than one inch in diameter and have a resolution of 300dpi. The artwork may be of anything you desire.

* dpi stands for dots per inch. An image created for the internet has a resolution of 72dpi, while an image created for print has a resolution of 300dpi. Printing at a higher resolution results in a better quality image.
Order Timeline
We start production once we’ve received payment, press-ready artwork, and have agreed upon the shirt sizes and colors (when applicable).
Billing Process
You will receive a detailed invoice once we’ve agreed upon the details of your order. Payment must be received before your order can move into production. Please note that any payment issues may result in a delay of your order.
Turnaround Time
Most orders are shipped ten business days after receipt of payment, but we’re usually quicker than that!
Rush Service
Please ask about our rush rates. Depending on your deadline, there will be a 25% to 50% charge added to your total.

Shipping
We ship our orders via Standard UPS Ground, unless expedited delivery is requested.
Local customers may pickup orders free of charge at our shop at 539 E Town St Rear, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
Terms
We have the right to cancel any order and refund all payments at anytime.
