What other styles do you offer?

What is your maximum print area?

Our standard print area is up to 15.5″x17.5″ and 3.5″x17″ for sleeve prints

Artwork Guidelines

All shirt artwork must be the desired size and have a resolution of 300dpi*. Acceptable file formats in the design studio are: .ai or .psd, .png, .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .gif, .pdf, .eps, .svg.

What are your setup fees?

We do not have any setup fees.  All of our pricing includes all screen charges and setup fees!

What is your minimum?

Our minimum for shirts is 12, our minimum for posters is 20, and our minimum for buttons is 50.

Can I mix and match shirt & ink colors?

Yes. Different shirt colors are ok as long as the ink colors are the same. You must order at least 12 of each shirt color. If we need to change ink colors additional fees will apply.

Do you do names and numbers for jersey?

Do you need names and/or numbers on the back of your shirts?  We can do that for you!

Can you roll and label our shirts for us?

For an extra $0.50 per shirt we’ll fold, roll, tape, and label your shirts with their appropriate sizes.

I have my own shirts I want printed on, can you do that?

Send ’em in and we’ll only charge you a printing fee! Contact Us for pricing.

Do you offer contract printing?

Yes we do! Contact Us for our capabilities and pricing.

I got my order and I am missing a shirt or two, what happened?

All orders can have up to 2% under run. Some shirts could be damaged during printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that you will receive 100% of the garments in your order. We strongly recommend ordering a few extras to account for this possibility. We always strive to give you everything you ordered, however, if there is a shortage with your order, we will refund or credit you for the difference. It is very rare that we are short on an order.

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is typically less than 10 business days.  We start production once we’ve received payment, press-ready artwork, and have agreed upon the shirt sizes and colors (when applicable). Our turnaround time varies depending on our workload at the time of your order. We work hard to meet the deadline for each and every order. If you have a specific date you need your order in your hands make sure you let us know right away.

Do you offer shipping?

We ship our orders via Standard UPS Ground, unless expedited delivery is requested.

Local customers may pickup orders free of charge at our shop at 1066 Ridge St. , Columbus, Ohio 43215.

What color inks do you offer?

We will use ink colors to closely match your artwork.  If you have a specific pantone color you need for your artwork please include that in with your order information. We will match pantone colors to our best ability.

What is the payment process?

You will receive a detailed invoice once we’ve agreed upon the details of your order. Payment must be received before your order can move into production. Please note that any payment issues may result in a delay of your order.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept the following types of payment:

   – Credit or Debit Card

We are an Authorize.Net Verified Merchant, which assures our customers of the highest level of transaction processing security.

   – Check or Money Order

I need my shirts soon! Do you offer a rush order service?

Yes! We do!  We are often very busy and to sneak your order in ahead of other orders there will be a rush charge applied to your order.  The rush charge varies depending on how large your order is and how quick you need it done.  The rush order is a percentage of your total price added to the total.  The pricing for getting a rush order is below.

100% premium for 1 day turnaround

50% premium for 2 day turnaround

25% premium for 3-4 day turnaround

15% premium for 5-6 day turn around

10% premium for 7-9 day turnaround


We have the right to cancel any order and refund all payments at anytime.
